When does Meet the Drug Lords: Inside the Real Narcos start on Channel 4?
Meet the Drug Lords: Inside the Real Narcos hit our screens on Thursday 2nd August at 9pm on Channel 4.
The C4 documentary will be a three-part series.
The series is inspired by the success of Netflix hit Narcos and seeks to delve into the real situation that grips the drug-addled parts of the world.

Who is Jason Fox?
Jason is a former Special Forces Sergeant who served for 20 years.
In his time in the army he lead operations including counter terrorism, body guarding and counter narcotic missions.
He was also part of the team of divers that discovered pirate Captain Kidd’s lost treasures off the coast of Madagascar
After hanging up his military boots in 2012 he initially used his experience and skillset to advise crews working in environmentally hostile places.
He transitioned to being on camera when he starred in the critically acclaimed SAS: Who Dares Wins.
And will now front Meet the Drug Lords: Inside the Real Narcos where he will come face-to-face with the kind of people he would have encountered on his counter narcotic missions.

Jason Fox a former Special Forces soldier who used to to hunt down drug lords returns to South America to spend time with the characters he used to target.
But this time he’s unarmed and his life is entirely at their discretion.
The hardman seeks to explore how the multi-billion-dollar drug industry works and get to know the people who help it operate.
