SOUTHAMPTON hope to complete a season-long loan move for Liverpool’s Danny Ings, according to reports.
Saints submitted the required deal sheet to the Premier League before the 5pm transfer window deadline.

Now they must finalise the paperwork by 7pm to ensure the 26-year-old striker spends the next year at St. Mary’s.
An option for Ings to sign permanently next summer is expected to be inserted, as reported by Liverpool Echo.
The former Burnley attacker was given permission to miss training on Thursday to travel to the south coast.
Southampton had previously tried to sign Ings on a permanent deal this summer, but their bids were considered less than Liverpool’s £20million valuation.
