Moment Korean Air Passenger Gets Forcibly Dragged Off Flight Because ‘she Refused To Get Out Of Business Class And Sit In Her Designated Economy Seat’

THIS is the moment a passenger was forcibly dragged off a Korean Air flight after she allegedly refused to get out of business class and sit in her designated economy seat.

Footage shows the woman, who was only identified as a 30-year-old US citizen, resisting as several flight attendants try to remove her before takeoff.

Korea JoongAng Daily A woman on a US-bound plane was forcibly removed from the flight after refusing to get out of business class and sit in her designated seat in economy

It happened on a flight bound for San Franscico from Incheon Airport in South Korea on Friday with the drama delaying the flight by an hour and 40 minutes.

The passenger can be heard shouting “US Marshall” as at least six female cabin crew members haul her from the business class seat.

They can be seen dragging her down the aisle towards the front of the aircraft as a number of passengers begin to applaud.

She repeatedly chants “Korean Air stole my passport” as she’s pulled towards a wheelchair and strapped in.

The woman then directs her abuse at the camera and holding up a peace sign shouts “Nuclear Disarmament!” before putting her hands under her face and saying: “Meanwhile at SpaceX”.

In polite Korean fashion, the air hostesses are seen offering her a blanket as she is rolled away from the plane.

According to the San Francisco Gate, the woman was assigned to seat 40D in economy class but moved to seat 14B in business class.

Staff tried to convince her to return to her assigned seat but she continued her “unruly behaviour” and they contacted the National Intelligence Service and police.

Officers transported her to the hospital to assess her mental health condition, according to AllKpop.com.

Representatives for Korean Air and SkyTeam were not immediately available to comment.

The footage is reminiscent of a now infamous video of a doctor being violently dragged from a United Airlines plane in April last year.

Dr David Dao 69, lost two front teeth, suffered a significant concussion and his nose was broken when he was forced off the flight from Chicago to Louisville, Kentucky.

Footage of the incident sparked international outrage over the way the Vietnamese doctor was treated – and at one point $1billion was wiped off the company’s value.

In that case, the doctor had been randomly selected to be pulled from the flight in favour of crew members who needed transport and not because he had been disobeying the crew.
