DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1、统一负责计划及组织实施员工培训,包括分析培训需求、计划、控制、协调、组织酒店员工的培训活动;

4、安排及组织一些必须的培训课程,确定培训时间、参加人员并准备培训资料:新员工入职培训、卫生和仪容仪表培训、消防培训、外语培训、对客服务理念;

5. 根据酒店和不同级别员工的发展需要,设计、教授部分培训课程;

9、建立及培养一支部门培训员队伍,确保最大限度地发挥他们的作用;

10、与部门经理协调部门的培训工作,检查、指导和帮助部门搞好培训;

4、制定人力资源部年度预算及工作计划;
