“Enormous explosions” have been reported after 11 buses caught hearth at a depot in southeast London.

Eight hearth engines and 60 firefighters have been despatched to sort out the flames on Farnborough Hill in Orpington after being known as at 3.36am.

London Hearth Brigade (LFB) says it took round 40 calls in regards to the “very seen” incident.

Amy Spencer tweeted that she had been “woken up by 10 enormous explosions and what seems to be like a giant hearth.”

Cat Fitzmaurice mentioned she had been woken “by explosions at 4am”.

Journey within the space shall be tough this morning due to the “variety of home equipment in attendance”, LFB mentioned.

The reason for the hearth will not be identified.
